When you order at our shop before 15:00 CET we will try and make sure to ship your “paid-for” order that same day.
We ship your order in a neutral package and also ensure that your products are optimally packed, for the best protection on the way
All our shipments are handled by GLS, PostNL or UPS.
They can deliver your package at your (home) address or at a GLS Parcel Point.
You can choose where to when checking out.
We ship to all countries in the world where our products are accepted.
Prices on the site for shipping only include the costs of the carrier, if not mentioned otherwise.
You may have to pay for duties or other costs or taxes when importing our products to your country.
Please investigate yourself if these costs are applicable.
We are not responsible or accountable for orders that are seized by customs. We ship to you or your country on your own risk.
Prices for the shipping will vary based on the destination, the shipping address, and the size and weight of the products you have ordered.

Delivery & Transit Times
We ship from The Netherlands.
International Orders
For all EU shipments within the EU an average delivery time of 4 days applies. Delivery time can vary per country, from 2 to 7 days.
Outside the EU there is a potential customs check. This is sometimes unavoidable due to the type of product that we are selling. Unfortunately, we don’t have any influence on this.
Delivery time outside the EU can be up to 14 days. It depends on customs, carrier and destination country.
The Netherlands : Parcels are delivered on working days from Monday to Friday within 24 hours (depending on the sender also on Saturday). However, these delivery times are not fixed and are not guaranteed. The parcels are transported by road, which can cause delays in traffic, for example.
Warranty & Returns
If you have opened the package and the product(s) is(are) damaged or something is missing, it’s a warranty issue.
In this case, e-mail or call us and we will try to resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction.
Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product(s)?
That is not a problem at all. We will exchange any unopened / unused products.
You can contact us for this.
Please be aware that you pay for the costs for returning the product yourself.
The majority of our products come in contact with heat, fire and often your mouth too.
Due to hygienic and practical reasons, we are unable to return these products after you’ve used them.
Apparel and most accessories can be returned more easily. If in doubt, please contact us.
Returns
As a consumer, you have 14 days to review your order.
In addition, it can be returned (un)opened and unused within 14 days of receiving your order without any reason.
We do, however, ask you to contact us first so that we are aware that your order will be returned.
When you visit our Returns Portal, please enter every field what’s needed to.
From the day that you inform us, you have an additional 14 days to return the product{s).
If you use the right to revoke, send us all the product(s), with all supplied accessories, and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
The shipping costs for returning the products is paid by yourself.
We are only able to transfer the complete purchase amount (including shipping costs) back to you.
As soon as we receive the returned products, we will refund you the purchase price of these and the shipping costs.
Provided that we have received the order undamaged.
So please, treat the product(s) with care and make sure that it is properly packaged when returning the products.
Complaints
At The Original Cones we understand how frustrating it can be to receive an item that is damaged, incomplete or doesn’t live up to your expectations.
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we like to solve any issue you might have to the best of our abilities.

Customer care will review your complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.
After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will address your complaint within a maximum of 3 working days.
